About Us

The Garden Terrace Home Owners Association is established as a non-profit organization that was created for the purpose of maintaining the common areas and to provide services of benefit to the homeowners.

Garden Terrace HOA members reside within the streets by Garden Terrace Drive, Karen Drive, and Hayat Loop. Construction on the most of the single-family home started around 2004 and was built in three phases. The boundaries of our HOA include approximately 115 homes. The Garden Terrace subdivision is a great value with a convenient location.

Our HOA participation has grown at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our neighborhood. The new park and walking trails were partially funded by Garden Terrace HOA. We welcome you to join us. And we are always looking for neighborhood-based volunteers as well. Volunteers aid the neighborhood in various ways. To learn more, send us an email gardenterrace@usa.com.
